Biography
Jeffrey Dale Starr (born September 1, 1965) is an American oil painter noted for his nature scenes and portraits. Many of his paintings feature areas where Starr has lived, including San Francisco and Cape Cod.
His work has been compared favorably to other American painters such as John Singer Sargent, Winslow Homer and Childe Hassam.
His paintings reside in museums, galleries and private collections around the world.
